Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
2 tsp of garlic powder
8 tablespoons of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons of peeper
2 cups of half and half cream
16oz's chopped mushrooms
24 ounces of albacore tuna drained
6 ounces (one can) of french fried onions
1 lb of guyrue cheese
2 pinches of sugar
1 ounces of noodles (1 blox) i choose bow tie, cause i think they are cute!
1 handful of Finley chopped yellow onion
swig of olive oil
First, making your basic cream sauce
Throw the half/half cream, all - purpose flour, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, sugar, and pepper into your blender, and blend to a milky consistency.
Pour the cream sauce into a medium size sauce pan and heat on high for a couple of minutes.
Reduce heat to low and constantly whisk so that it doesn't clump for about 5 minutes. Then let it stand and whisk occasionally while beginning the mushrooms
- Saute a handful of onion in medium saute pan until caramelized. Add the mushrooms and saute till fully browned.
NOODLES!
Cook noodles in water!!! yay!
Finally! Grab a 9x12 casserole dish.

tuna and mix well!
--Grate all the cheese over the top of the casserole
preheat oven to 350 and cook casserole for 25 Min's.
Take out casserole and top with french fried onions and cook for another 5 minutes!
